Maison Development builds and sells standalone villas in Bali. Our track record began in 2009 with construction and renovation for institutional and corporate clients, moved into private real estate and redevelopment from 2016, and for the last three and a half years has been rooted here — land, legal structure, local documentation and deal support, handled first-hand.

We were the first on the island to design a project from the ground up for expats and long-term rental — not another entry in the Airbnb pool. The model is deliberately simple: one tenant, one annual contract, rent paid twelve months up front. No management company. No booking calendar.
